1. Are there any limitations for Guests of Karibu Beach Resort?
We hope that you will fully enjoy your stay! However, we have policy that all of our Guests have to be adults (18 years old or more).
2. What time can we arrive and leave hotel?
Check in time is 2 p. m and check out time is 11 a. m. Late check out is subject to availability and may be extra paid.
3. Can we travel with our pets?
Pets are not accepted in our hotel.
4. What time do you serve your meals?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 till 10:30 a. m. Restaurant with lunch menu opens at 12:30. Dinner menu is served from 7 p. m. till 10 p. m. (last call at 9:30 p. m.). Our bar is opened from 12:30 till 11 p. m.
5. How can I get to your hotel from the airport?
We can arrange a transportation for you- one way cost up to 5 persons is 50 USD, up to 10 persons is 70 USD , up to 22 persons is 100 USD. If you would like to arrange it- please contact us directly.
6. Reception desk- opening hours.
We will help you with anything you need between 7 a. m. – 11 p. m. If you have any special requirements regarding check in or check out, please contact us directly via phone or whatsaap.
7. Do you have any extra services?
All of our Guests can use swimming pool, chill out zone and restaurant. We also have possibility to arrange massages or tours in Zanzibar at extra cost.
Terms and conditions
- The Terms and Conditions are part of the contract, which is agreed upon by signing a registration card, as well as by making a reservation. By doing so, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.The Terms and Conditions apply to all persons staying at Karibu Beach Resort.
- Only adults can stay in Karibu Beach Resort (above 18 years old).
- The hotel may refuse to host a person with history of violating our terms and conditions.
- While checking in Guests are required to show document with a photo, fill in registration card and show booking confirmation or number.
- Payment for the whole reservation is required in the beginning of the stay. We accept payments in US Dollars and Tanzanian shilling. The receipt will be issued once the payment for all additional services is collected.
- Hotel room is rented for hotel nights. Check in time is 2 p. m. Check out time 11 a. m. Early check in has to be reported before arrival and is subject to availability. Late check out has to be arranged at reception and is subject to availability. The hotel cannot guarantee that late check out will be free of charge.
- The hotel Guest takes financial responsibility for any damage of the hotel's equipment, caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors. The hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card after their departure for any damage caused.
- All the Guests are obliged to respect night hours (23 PM- 6 AM) and keep silence in the hotel area.
- Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
- Smoking is allowed only on outside and designated areas. Smoking in rooms will result in receiving a fine of 100 USD.
- The Guest is asked to report any problems with service, maintenance and reservation at immediately so hotel staff can find a solution as quickly as possible.
- Any changes in reservation are individually solved with reception according to reservation policy. Hotel may refuse to implement any changes which are not included in the reservation policy. In case of extending of stay it is a matter of availability. If Guest does not respect the terms and conditions, hotel also may refuse to extend the stay.
- All the valuable items should be placed in safe boxes. Hotel does not take responsibility for items which were not placed in safe boxes.
- Items of personal use, left in the hotel room by the Guest who has already checked out, will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest, at their cost. The hotel will keep the item for 6 months and after this period of time it will become property of the hotel.
- The hotel is obliged to provide all services that were booked. The Guest will be assured with: safe stay, safety of personal information, information about surrounding, professional service, cleaning service, technically efficient room, Wi-Fi access in hotel area, luggage storage.
- Cleaning service is made once a day. Housekeeping will carry out cleaning between 9-18.
- The hotel provides additionally paid services like food and beverages, massages, tours, etc. Using any of these attractions will be added to a bill and the Guest is obliged to pay for any extra charges. The hotel may take a deposit in cash or card authorization as form of payment security.
- It is forbidden to keep any dangerous items such as gun, explosives in the hotel area.
- In case of not respecting all of the terms and regulations the hotel may refuse to carry on the stay of the Guest.
